Introduction to Drawing and Technique

Service Description

This co-instructed class will serve as a fantastic introduction class for those beginning their journey as an artist or wishing to improve and to master their skills in drawing. This class will discuss basic concepts in drawing technique, the construction form by way of its basic geometric form, and thoughts on how to build a more effective and powerful composition which includes a sense of movement, light and shadow, or focal point. Concepts in shading technique, understanding the effects of light, and the strengths and weakness of various drawing methodology will be discussed.
